The Belief Audit
What you believe about yourself shapes how you think, how you feel and what you do. This is a short, honest look at those beliefs. Read each one, tick the ones that feel true, and at the end I'll show you the pattern underneath and what to do about it.
Tick the ones that feel true. Don't overthink it.
What you're carrying
Take a moment to read them back to yourself.
The important part
Almost every limiting belief traces back to a single core belief sitting underneath, holding the rest of them together. It was usually formed early, and it quietly runs a loop: it shapes how you think, how you feel and what you do, and then your results come back as proof it was right. So it keeps going round.
Find the one
As you look through everything you ticked, if you had to pick one that's holding you back the most, what would it be? Just pay attention to any emotion you feel in your body as you read through them. If you're unsure, your body will give you the answer.
Your result
The belief holding you back the most
It isn't random, and it isn't permanent. Add your name and email and I'll show you exactly what it's doing to you, and the first step to change it. The full breakdown lands in your inbox too.
The belief holding you back most
Here's what a belief like that does. It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. What you believe, you think. What you think, you feel. What you feel, you act on. How you act shapes your results. And your results come back and reinforce the belief you started with, every time. That's the loop.
It's why effort alone never shifts it. You can see the belief clearly and it keeps running anyway, because it isn't living in the part of you that thinks. It sits underneath.
But it was never a fact. It was a decision, made in a moment by a much younger you, and what was once decided can be re-decided, at the root. That's the work I do.
Your first step isn't to fight it. It's to catch it. Over the next week, notice the moment it shows up, in a decision you avoid, a hesitation, a story you tell yourself, and just name it: there it is again. You can't change what you can't see, and seeing it is where it starts.
