The Grindset Mentality tells you that the answer is working harder and pushing through, but if effort was the answer you'd have solved this years ago.
The real issue is a pattern that got installed a long time ago by something specific, and it's been running your decisions and what you believe you're capable of.

Most mindset approaches only work with the 5% you're already aware of, which is why the changes don't last. The pattern that's keeping you stuck lives in the other 95%, and that's where the work I do with clients takes place.
About me
I spent nine years in high-performance sales before realising I was depressed, addicted to drugs and alcohol and generally stuck in life. In 2021 I trained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner to understand what had been driving it and life a more meaningful life.
I left my job in 2022 to build my first business, then joined a mental performance coaching company where I became a partner after we scaled the business to seven figures.
The pattern I kept seeing across every client was the same: they were a prisoner inside their own mind.
Helping people move beyond this is the work I do now.
How it works.
Step 1: Apply.
You fill in a short application so I can understand your situation before we speak.
Step 2: We talk.
We get on a Zoom call together and figure out exactly what's going on and whether I can help.
Step 3: We fix it.
We locate the pattern, resolve it at the root, and you get back to performing at the level you know you're capable of.
You spent 15+ years in education and none of it was about you.
You were taught maths, science, English, history, geography, and none of it had anything to do with understanding how your own mind works. Nobody sat you down and explained why you react the way you do, where your beliefs came from, or how to change a pattern that isn't serving you.
School taught you what to think, the media taught you what to want, and corporate culture taught you what to value. And by the time you realised something was off, the programming was so deep you couldn't tell the difference between who you actually are and who you were conditioned to be.
That's not a personal failing. That's a system that was never designed to produce people who understand themselves. Success shouldn't come at the cost of everything else, and your mind is the centre of everything you experience, so it makes sense to finally get serious about mastering it.
